Born on January 7, 1958, he earned his MBBS from Liaquat Medical College in 1983 and distinguished himself as a top candidate in the CSS Examination of 1985, securing a place in the 13th Common Training Program. Throughout his tenure, Dr. Memon held various prestigious positions, including Member of the Appellate Tribunal and Chief Commissioner FBR. His expertise in Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Federal Excise Duty has significantly contributed to the evolution of tax administration in Pakistan.
